Dilly Dressing

1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 pkg) Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 tsp dill weed
2 Tbsp chopped onions
Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Keep refrigerated. Yield: 2 cups
1 Serving = 2 Tbsp only 45 calories compared to 150 in typical dressings.
Use Dilly Dressing as a dip for veggie sticks, on steamed vegetables or baked potatoes. Makes a good sour cream or mayonnaise substitute.
