Smoothie
1 cup (1 pkg) Blueberry Rhubarb Sauce 1 cup seltzer
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
Place ingredients in blender and mix well. Yield 4-5 servings
Simple Fruit Mousse
1 packet unflavored gelatin 1 cup Blueberry Rhubarb Sauce
1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup 1% or skim milk
1. In small microwave safe bowl, mix gelatin and milk together. Heat on high for 1-2 minutes to dissolve gelatin.
2. Put milk and gelatin mixture into blender. Add cottage cheese and blend well.
3. Add fruit sauce and blend again.
4. Pour into four serving bowls and refrigerate until firm.
