Organic Multi-Colored Bell Peppers
Multi-colored bell peppers are sliced bell peppers of a variety of colors mixed together. The peppers are blanched, cooled, frozen, and vacuum packaged to maintain quality. No preservatives are used. They are packaged in 4 oz. (1/4 lb.) bags so that each bag constitutes a one cup serving. Multi-Colored Bell Peppers are sold by the pound, so each package is comprised of four bags. These can be used in place of fresh fresh peppers in cooked products.
